Shipping policy

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location. When placing an order online, we know you want it as soon as possible, because we would too!

Whisky Shipments within Virginia

All Whisky packages shipped to Virginia addresses are shipped through UPS from the Lovingston ABC Store. Most orders will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. (Note that shipping may be delayed during high volume ordering times or inclement weather). 

Whisky Shipments outside Virginia

We offer Whisky packages shipped to most US states, through a third-party fulfillment partner. Depending on your ship-to state, fulfillment and ship time may vary. 

We work with our retail partners to deliver to the contiguous United States except for the following:
  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Massachusetts
  • Maine
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • Oregon
  • Pennsylvania
  • South Dakota
  • Tennessee
  • Utah
  • Vermont
Sorry, we wish we could deliver everywhere, but state laws currently prohibit us! We're hopeful this will change in the future. 
 

Non-Whisky Shipments 

All other shipments (barware, gifts, apparel, merchandise) can be shipped nationwide and are often shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Most orders will be shipped out in 2-3 business days, but please be patient with us during high volume times. Shipping is free on these items. Non-Whisky items are shipped by the distillery and will be shipped separately from whisky combination orders when the delivery location is outside Virginia.
